Pre-Solar Roof Inspection
- Inspection of the entire roof area
- Identification of existing conditions and any required repairs
- Photographic documentation of the roof, drains, penetrations, walls, and deficiencies
- Detailed inspection report explaining current roof conditions and recommendations
Post-Install Roof Inspection
- ​Full inspection of the roof following solar installation
- Identification of new or remaining issues requiring attention
- Updated photographs of all key areas
- Final report outlining any repairs needed to restore the roof to a warrantable condition
