With a career spanning entrepreneurial ventures, leadership roles, and a deep-rooted connection to the roofing industry, Fennema brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and strategic insight to his role as Vice President of Revenue at NRP. Under 40 and already a seasoned leader, he oversees revenue growth initiatives, leveraging his expertise in sales strategies and go-to-market execution.

Fennema’s journey began right out of high school, working for KPost Roofing and Waterproofing on roofing service and production crews during the summers. This hands-on start laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the industry. Before joining NRP, he held a regional vice president position at PAX Services Group, a private equity-backed company, advancing his skills in driving growth and operational efficiency. Beyond roofing, he has a history as a lifetime entrepreneur, having represented and created products in the retail consumer market, where he honed his passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

Known for his fascination with the science and strategy behind sales, Fennema is dedicated to optimizing revenue generation and market positioning. He stays at the forefront of industry trends through continuous learning, diving into books and podcasts centered on sales methodologies, organizational development, and market strategies.
