Problem
The existing roof system had reached the end of its life cycle. Worn membranes, failing flashings, and aging skylights left the facility vulnerable to leaks and potential operational disruption.
NRP Solution
NRP provided a complete roof replacement, beginning with an OSHA-compliant safety setup and project logistics. A non-destructive moisture scan identified areas of wet insulation, which were removed and replaced. The old membrane, flashings, vents, and skylights were removed, and a new HP Protective Mat was installed for added protection. The team then applied 15,500 square feet of 60 mil reinforced TPO membrane, upgraded all flashings and terminations with a Kynar finish, installed new drains, and replaced all skylights with brand-new units.
Result
The facility now benefits from a watertight, code-compliant roof system designed for long-term performance. With upgraded materials, improved drainage, and a comprehensive warranty, the building owner has renewed confidence in the durability and reliability of their roof.
