Problem

The retail store was facing persistent leaks, especially around deteriorated skylights, along with membrane deterioration, seam splitting, and failing repairs around walk pads. With the roof system at the end of its service life, further repairs were no longer practical or cost-effective.

NRP replaced the aging roof system with a durable TPO membrane designed to eliminate recurring leaks and extend roof life. A total of 117 skylights—including 54 smoke vents—were installed to improve natural lighting and meet updated safety requirements. This comprehensive solution ensures long-term weather resistance and is supported by a 20-year warranty, delivering peace of mind for the client.
