Kim Baxter, NRP, Director of Revenue

Kim Baxter is promoted to Director of Revenue, continuing her laser focus on strategic national and regional customers as it pertains to revenue growth and profit planning. As one of the longest tenure employees at NRP, Kim excels in all aspects of her career, especially with building a superior customer service department. From service, to operations and now sales, there is built excitement around her taking the sales team to new levels.

Ben Gromatzky is promoted to Director of Strategic Initiatives, to lead the advancement and expansion of Solar Products and Services, AI Drone Assessments and NRP Assurance.
